This server primarily serves the personal needs of Owen Kehoe. It consists of a semi-obsolete computer parked in a spider-infested basement, and is connected to the rest of the world with a 10mbps wireless point-to-point link via Cortland Communications. This server runs fully on open-source free software; the base operating system is Ubuntu Linux, and the Apache HTTP Server is the daemon responsible for bringing these webpages to your desktop.
